FREESBY T3 FREEZER

The Freesby T3 Freezer is a semi-automatic turntable designed for wrapping pallets with stretch film, specifically optimised to operate in low temperature environments. This machine combines the advanced features of the T3 base with innovative technology, ensuring reliable performance even in the most extreme conditions.

The carbon steel structure treated with nanotechnology and epoxy paint ensures corrosion resistance and long life. The use of oil resistant to -30°C and cold-optimised silicone cables enables continuous operation without interruption, making the Freesby T3 Freezer ideal for sectors such as refrigerated logistics and frozen food storage.

The T3 base offers maximum flexibility by allowing the table to be loaded with pallet trucks in three different configurations, easily adapting to any operational requirement. The turntable is designed to stabilise light or irregular loads, ensuring reliability and safety during wrapping.

Equipped with intuitive control panels (X4 and X5), the Freesby T3 Freezer allows you to programme work cycles, customise wrapping parameters and adjust film tension levels. In addition, the N-Connect system allows remote monitoring, ensuring total control of operations and efficient management.

The machine is available with three carriage variants, each equipped with an electromagnetic brake film traction system, which can be adjusted via the control panels for precise and reliable wrapping at all times.
