BOOMERANG AS/AW

The  Boomerang AS/AW is a rotating arm stretch film wrapper, equipped with an automatic film clamping, cutting and sealing system.

There are three different carriage versions available for this wrapper:

1.  Carriage 210 : It has an electromagnetic brake and allows the film tension to be adjusted via the control panel.

2. Carriage 212 : This version is equipped with fixed film pre-stretch at fixed ratios of 250%, but can be customized with pre-stretch options of 150%, 200% or 300%. The film tensioning is done via a load cell, adjustable via the control panel.

3. Carriage 214 : This carriage features two independent motors that allow variable film pre-stretch from 150% to 400%. Both pre-stretch and film tension can be adjusted via the control panel.

The control panel is a 7-inch touch screen with icon graphics, designed for ease of use.

The following parameters can be adjusted via the control panel:
– Pre-stretch (for versions 212 and 214 only)
– Film tension (for versions 210, 212 and 214)
– Arm rotation speed
– Top and bottom wrapping
– Carriage up and down speed
– Ground start
– Photocell delay
– Altimeter
– Manual control of carriage up and down
– Manual control of presser up and down
– Program storage.

Settable cycles and customizable programs include:
– Up and down cycle or alternating cycles
– Sheet feeder cycle
– Presser cycle
